Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and iced teas, we do not accept returns on beverage products, but we will make it right if your order arrived damaged or defective. If you are unsatisfied with your gear or apparel, you can send it back to the underworld within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Check Your Loot
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival; if your cans are crushed or your gear is shredded, take a photo of the carnage.
Contact the Death Squad
Email our support team with your order number and proof of damage to initiate a claim for beverage replacements or apparel returns.
Pack the Sacrifice
For apparel and gear, ensure items are unwashed, unworn, and placed back in their original packaging before shipping them back.
Execution of Refund
Once we receive your returned items or approve your damage claim, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
